I have a simple question: Is there any way I can set up a folder in my documents that is protected with a password? I'm sure it can be done I'm just not sure how.
 
The only way I am aware of to do what you want in Windows itself is by changing the permissions on the document or folder you want to protect. If you are working in Word or Excel, both have ways to password protect a document built in. Those are the 2 I use most, but I would not be surprised if other software doesn't have the same sort of thing.
