at what age will a rooster want to mate I have 16 birds 3 roosters my buff has been getting on some of the hens all are 16 weeks old Is this wishful thinking on my part ???? thank you

ps : also have 15 turkeys and 11 meatys as of yesterday

Mine too. I would say it's before the ladies are ready to be bred cause they run like crazy.
