I started small only 2 eggs out of 9 were fertile. I am on day 17 and one of my chicks is in the correct position and the other is all the way up to the top right below the air cell. Now excuse my explanation - this same egg, the chick is about 3/4 the size of the egg and the bottom of the egg is clear is this ok. I have researched diligently about incubation and looked at lots of candeling pictures but haven't read or seen if this is normal only that chicks get into position by day 16. I am wondering if it stopped growing, I don't know it's my first time incubating. Also I seen where people check to see if an egg is viable by putting it in a glass of water is this an option? Thanks
