This Bielefelder rooster has a lot of white. Is it to much to use him for breeding?

I used to breed the Bielefelders and personally I think the roo has a lot of white on him. Is this your only choice? The roo would be better if colored like the picture below. However, is this a young roo? Sometimes it's best to wait after the first hard molt to see how the final color is going to be
