Injured toe

We have a newly hatched chick but it has some sort of injury on toe. Please advise?

Is it with other chicks? I'd put a dab of Neosporin or similar (but no numbing agent/painkiller) on it. Most likely it will heal up fine. It looks like a toenail got ripped out, which is totally survivable. If others start pecking it too much, you might separate with a buddy or two until it heals more.
