question for everyone

I have 4 chicks they are 3 weeks old one of my chick likes to go in circles is this ok,can anyone help me.

Everything else ok? Eating drinking active? It could be a rooster, for some reason my rooster likes to go in circles.

has he been doing this since he was hatched or did it come on suddenly? Maybe he got a peck to the head that injured him.
