Question for Rhode Island Red people

I have a 2 1/2 year old Rhode Island Red. Her egg production has gone down quite a bit. We used to get one every day! I'm wondering how often your Rhode Island Reds of this age lay. Our sweetie is laying maybe 2 times/week now. She just finished moulting and wasn't laying at all, so I'm happy to get the 2. But I miss the old days!

Egg production at 2 years usually goes down 40%. Chickens don't lay during molt, so yours may have a combination of getting started and age.
