Question for the peafowl experts

I’m no expert for sure but he or she still looks like a BS to me. I have two that looks exactly like this one and they are both BS.

The first one is Black Shoulder Silver Pied and the second is not BS, just a regular Pied.

Here's a pic of the 3rd from the same group. It's looks like a Spaulding chick with white flight feathers but does have a spot or 2 of yellow on its neck and head
