I am in Sacramento CA and these will be my first chickens. I am starting with 4 and have researched the breeds that suit me. In order to get what I want locally the schedule would be as follows:

2/21 Black Austerlorp and Buff Orph
2/29 GWL
3/7 Brahma

The feed store said adding in a 3 week window should be fine. Any suggestions? Should I not do this?

As long as you check them kind of often it should be fine. They won't have a pecking order till they are 3 weeks of age. Hope this helps!!!

If the Brahmas will be the youngest chicks by a few weeks, keep a watchful eye...they are a very timid breed that is prone to bullying. I have hatched them along side Wyandottes, Buff Orps, and Golden Comets, noticing that they were on the run a bit as they grew...especially from the Orps and Comets. Most likely they will be fine, in my opinion.
