I'm a newby. My eggs are on day 23. I hear chirping but there is no visible movement of eggs and no sign of hatching yet. Is this normal? Thanks

It is highly possible that they are just slow in hatching and I have heard it can take up to 48 hours between hearing chirping and them hatching... Good Luck!!

Ok what you want to do if they are chirping in their egg is you want to take them out of the incubator and put them on their side under a light,
This is my incubator. Oh and you have to be patient.

Once they chirp you take a box and a light and put them on there side.

Hope this has answered you question.
Oh and FYI a chick can survive without food or water for a day after they have hatched.ive already hatched 6 chicks
