The difference is in the spelling. Ameracauna is a recognized breed with recognized colors. EE’s are often labeled very similarly such as Americana or other variations that include an “i”. EE’s are not true Ameracauna though.

No, she is an Easter Egger. Tractor Supply often labels their Easter Eggers as "Americanas," like other hatcheries and breeders, to trick the buyer into thinking they're purchasing a straightbred Ameraucana.
