Question of the Day - Friday, December 12th, 2025

It depends. I have a hard time with seeing others injured, so if someone is badly injured where they're bleeding a lot, then I have a hard time with seeing it. (It's more of not being able to handle seeing others injured.) Besides that, no. I've been around deer getting gutted and have helped butcher chickens, so as long as nobody's feeling anything painful, I should be fine.

No. No problem giving first aid, drawing my own blood for yearly tests I need due to meds, killing and butchering my own meat (I also keep the blood to cook with), assisting with oral surgery when I did that as part of my job...

Hearing or thinking about that stuff without actually seeing it can make me come over a bit funny though :idunno

Me too, I get sick when people talk about getting hurt but once they’re hurt I’m perfectly fine taking care of them.
Talking about injuries isn't so much of an issue but if someone was to, say, start giving a detailed description of some surgical procedure or how the circulatory system works then I might need to shake off the euurgh. I'd be totally fine watching what they were describing in a video or real life.
