For me, I'm also of the "it depends" school of thought. Chicken alfredo? White sauce of course. Spaghetti? Red. There is no one right answer.
I was gonna say that but then I was like I kind of hate red sauce nowadays so definitely white sauce for me. :lau
 
What kind of white or red sauce?
It all depends on the ingredients and the way it is made, not the colour.
