Not unless you don't like your toes. They will freeze off in our winters. Plus, you'll be walking through snow, slush, salt

Where I live, where there are loads of white sand beaches with surfers and kite-boarders, it is practically a mandatory uniform to wear flip-flops! So yes, I where flip-flops all year round, but not all the time. I interchange them with other shoes depending on the circumstances.
