Question of the Day - Friday, July 5th, 2024

With phone and such, not really any time at all. House internet was close to a month. Though that time would have been reduced had they hooked the correct line to the pole when they were doing the storm damage repair.
 
Y'all had them? Then we're not the only ones...I was beginning to think it's just us or our location or something but if others are having bad experiences it must be the company. Good to know!
You should really look into alternatives if possible. It's sad to hear they're still just as bad as they were 5 years ago.

We had put in a call for service and they actually canceled it because everything was fine on their end (never mind that we kept telling them there was no internet!)
We'd love to change providers but apparently they're the only company that operates in our area (that we can afford)...

I'd just keep calling them and hoping you get someone good. I remember the Frontier repairsman told us that their phone service was horrible.
