I have not in any meaningful way. Once when I was young, there was enough snow to scrape off a car and visibly be snow. Later in life it snowed again, but that year was mostly freezing rain.

Saw snow at the top of Haleakala, but did not drive up. Saw and touched hard snow/ice that had not fully melted up in the mountains.
