Question of the Day - Friday, September 19th, 2025

I do love pumpkin pie, and I like to add pumpkin pie spices to my coffee. I like the roasted seeds, too. I roast them in oil and garlic salt and make sure to undercook them a little, and then I have my husband hide them from me or else I'll eat them all in one sitting.

When I make pickles I only ever make refrigerator pickles because they stay crispy. They take up a lot of fridge space, but I think it's worth it!
We do that too with our seeds, after carving pumpkins! They are so delicious! I would make refrigerator pickles, but they have to be canned unfortunately in order to be shown at my county and state fair.:hmm
