My little siblings. They take the eggs in, and I feed the birds.

So that's what they're for! I always wondered why Mom bothered having more after me. I need to call up a brother now and tell him to get his dupa over here to collect my eggs!

Haha! About eight years ago, I told my mom I wanted a puppy for Xmas……….
Instead, she gave me a present that she’d made herself: I got a funny little dude who plays Minecraft and eats hummus and sour cream by the tub

Pockets, if no pockets shirt. Feed bucket if there's is too many.

Most of the time I collect them in my basket. Because I haven't been washing my eggs everyday anymore and that I have an aggressive rooster who's dumped the basket a time or two, I sometimes use my shirt or sweatshirt pockets to collect the eggs.

I was using a deli salad bowl. My husband purchased a coated metal basket yesterday so used it for the first time today. Added some towels to the bottom so the eggs do not roll around. First day of collecting 10 eggs! We keep these next to our back door and pick it up on our way out to collect. I know if I do not use something to collect I will definitely end up with a broken egg or two.egg.
