Question of the Day - Monday, August August 4th, 2025

I am still going strong on my 2024 resolution to work out on the elliptical every day.

Today was day 607 in a row. No days off.
That's amazingšŸ˜
I so badly want an elliptical, I can't walk outside and a treadmill isn't quite as low impact and high intensity as an elliptical.

Why not adjust the resolutions and try for 8# in 4 months. It's attainable, just 1/2 # a week.
Yeah, and perhaps a more reasonable amount of weight to lose, not too extremešŸ¤”
I've been trying to lose weight for about five years now, I started off 40lbs lighter than I am today, so I'm essentially trying to get back to my starting pointšŸ˜‚

No. Today is your starting point.
We'll, let's say tomorrow.

I will do the same. I lost 20 and gained it back. Time to take the stuff, hanging on the elliptical, off and begin.
We can do it but slowly and allow a few treats, here and there.

Okay, I'll start with my yoga mat (not used for yoga, just Pilates because yoga has some weird history) and my dumbbellsšŸ’ŖšŸ»
