Today's question is from @cavemanrich:
What drink/beverage/syrup,, is in your category of "NECTAR OF THE GODS"
And what food do you consider "AMBROSIA"
My answers may not surprise many here,, But don't jump the gun and try answering until it is selected.
Caramel
Lobster

My Nectar choice is COFFEE. I do consume a good quantity daily. I don't drink it very strong,,,, and after I had enough caffeine, I make some Decaff. On the road, I like McDs' or Dunkin.

Now to Ambrosia..
Pizza.:drool:drool:drool
I bake a variety myself, and like Hometown Pizzeria style very much.
Thinking back,,,,, cant recall a pizza that I didn't like. Of course there are those that I Very Much Liked:drool:old
Only topping that gets a NoNo,, anchovies👎

My Nectar is Water and after that beer, preferably a good Stout or IPA.

Ambrosia: Hard to choose.
Quality Porterhouse, rare to med rare on the rare side.
Sushi quality Ahi Tuna or Salmon, served raw or rare/med rare.
I will eat meat,,, but must have fire added to well done.
Sushi,,,, well, If I add fire to the fish,, will eat.
I wont eat insufficiently cooked meat/fish.
No need to jump at me,,,:frow:highfive:
I know rare cooked steaks are easier to chew. I still have good teeth. :old

Coffee with this.

Prime Rib au jus.

My nectar is milk. My whole family could live off the stuff. My grandparents kept several extra gallons in the fridge in the garage because we'd go through it like it was water and we were dying of thirst in the desert. My favorite dessert when I was a kid was a glass of Ovaltine, served in one of my grandfather's frosty beer mugs. We're actually out of milk in this house right now, and now I'm craving it like crazy . . .:barnie

Food? Probably lobster, but it may be one of those things that I think so highly of because it's such an incredibly rare treat. I have it maybe once every few years these days. I feel like if I could get my hands on lobster on a weekly basis, milk might move into the top spot. Because that's the magic of milk - it can be a food or a beverage.
Ah, milk, how I love thee.
