Almost 30,000 twice, but I feel like one of those times don't count (even if it felt like it did). The time that counted was when I hiked up a mountain and back from my campsite. The time that didn't I was on a four-wheeler all day and it was counting the thing running.

No idea - if I have to count them = no fun.
I step all over a Croquet Court a couple of times a week, and all over town a couple of times too.
Works for me - cause I am in better health than more than 50% of my contempories.
