I plug my phone only when it gets below 50%. Then it gets a 100% charge.
Read somewhere that it is the best way to extend battery life. Not sure if that is a true fact,, but I follow suggestion.
Want this phone to live as long as possible.
Older phones had the option to replace battery. Newer phones,,, only replace battery if you send back to phone manufacturer.
The manufacturers/providers want you to really just buy a new phone.
I see this as wasteful throwaway action as soo much is today

There should be a setting in your phone that allows you to cap the charge at 80 percent.

THANKS! I did not know this. I just set mine to 90%. 80% made me a little insecure. To answer the Q of the Day, usually around 20%.

70%? It usually doesn't get much lower than that. I'm not on my phone a lot and I usually charge it every morning.

Usually at bedtime, so anywhere from 80% to 50%. It's gone down to 20 on some nice long trips where I used maps, but that's extreme and rare.
