No, but I have had plenty of family members who did serve, and some of them have passed on already, some being too young.

I was married to a man who served in Vietnam and died of leukemia, probably due to having been drenched in Agent Orange. The government has not acknowledged responsibility for Agent Orange causing his particular type of leukemia, although they have done so for others. He also suffered from PTSD. His life was one of courage and valor.
