What's the recipe? I'd be game to try it

'peel the cucumber' and thinly slice
Place single row in a large pan and salt
Allow to set for a 'bit' to crisp up the slices
Dice some sweet onion
Blot the cucumber slices with paper towels to remove the moisture
Create a sour cream/apple cider vinegar mix to taste
Add all ingredients to the cucumbers
Place in a bowl and lightly top with paprika

Nothing fancy, but she seems to like it.

That's because it's good! Same recipe less paprika.
