10000% they have on numerous occasions mobbed guests and stolen their food. One of those was a 3 year old who was already scared of pretty much anything and spent the next 30 minutes bawling. They have also pooped on several guests.

I mean, I don't introduce my chickens to many people, but it is a little awkward when my mom comes for a visit, wants to spend time with the chickens, and the roosters decide this is the perfect time to do lots of rooster-ly business right then. She just wants to watch them frolic and feed them treats, not watch them do that! XD
