Opera leaves me in actual physical pain, and this is coming from someone who falls asleep to death metal every now and then (metal is my favorite genre)
I also don't like rap, hiphop or most of today's pop music

The kind where all the people do is scream...

I can typically listen to just about any type of music and find some appreciation for it, as long as I'm in the right mood (and depending what it is, don't have to listen to it for too long). As far as the music with people doing nothing but scream, I just can't find any enjoyment in it whatsoever.
