Looks delicious! I like a simple roast chicken, with lemon slices and herbs, served with real mashed potatoes of course.

Or chicken wings, any flavor. Sometimes I look at my girls and think, “They don’t fly, do they really need those wings?”

We have two main ways to make chicken.

Fry up little chunks, mix in enchilada sauce, and then serve over noodles or rice.

Dice and marinate with habaneros, then fry. Hubby likes that; it's too hot for me.

If you're asking for something I'm making, it's going to be a seasoned and butterflied chicken breast layered with provalone, seasoned rice and diced mushrooms, rolled up and wrapped in bacon. Then foil baked in the oven. Served with scalloped taters, corn, and some kind of bread.


If you're asking for like, take out, it's more complicated. Might be a roasted broiler. Might be a 10 piece meal from McDonalds. Might be szechuan chicken from our fave Chinese joint. Really depends on my mood.

I dunno, I always just eat baked chicken with potatoes and broccoli. Nothing fancy.
