It's the last day of 2023.


Did you make any New Year's resolutions for 2023? If so, what were they and how'd you do?

I made a couple. 1) to eat better & 2) to lose weight. I am eating better, and I did lose a little weight, so getting there!

I've kind of given up on New Year's Resolutions. I think of things I'd like to do/change/fix, and keep trying to work toward those goals.

If I have one, it'll be to keep working out on the elliptical, every day.

The husband and I started making a New Years Bingo a couple years ago. Rather than a list of goals, we have a 5x5 grid of mixed objectives (lose 5 lbs, get an eye exam, binge watch a tv series, etc.), then try to hit a bingo before the end of the year.

It's been motivating and fun, but we haven't bingo'd yet!
