I've had a couple of pixels. I come back to Sammy because the camera is the best in the industry. Apple is very close, but Pixel is lagging still. It's not garbage, it's just not as good as the other 2. I fear the day an iphone is a better camera, because I will have to choose between 2 things in my life that are foundational cornerstones of the terrible person I am.

I like my Pixel, but they really gatekeep the good stuff for the pro models, which I don't have. My Note 9 had better camera options.

Knowing you, you'd probably stick with the best Android camera phone you can find.

I just wish my phone was smaller. These phone sizes are getting out of hand.

It was cheap and had a good battery
Has a working camera is all one of my requirements for the camera. I mainly just care about the battery, storage and processing power

I accidentally bought a google recently and hated it. I already know I hate the fruit one. Samsung rocks. For me.

My Samsung's camera sucks, as did my last one. I envy people who can get in-focus shots.

My Pixel 6 has issues focusing, especially on faster-moving objects.

Are you sure it's a focus problem and not a shutter speed problem?

I'm sure. It'll ignore the pet dove and focus on the background instead. If it does focus, sometimes all it takes is for the bird to move its head and the shot gets ruined because it doesn't see the bird head.

Liked my 5yo iphone ,except that I needed to phone on speaker to hear someone. So bought a new model with a few improvements and made my sons/sons girlfriend happy with my old one. She wears earbuds all the time anyway. My son gave it to her as a bday present.
( her very old iphone got no security updates anymore and her screen was broken.)

One new phone made 3 people happy!
