Have you ever been snow skiing or snowboarding? If not, would you like to? I have done both and prefer skiing to boarding.

Never tried snowboarding. Tried skiing as an 'old guy'. Crashed and burned, decided perhaps this was not for me.

My parents both downhill skied, so we kids had to. I broke my leg skiing when I was 14, never did it again. Started cross country skiing at 17, did that for many years, but probably not in the last 15.

Never done either and it really looks too cold to enjoy. Now, sitting by a fire in a ski resort lounge - I could get into that. Maybe a couple snow angels after some liquid courage.

When I was a kid in elementary school, me and a friend would use his parent's snowboard down a tiny hill in his front yard.

I'm not a fan of cold though, so if I ended up going to a ski lodge, I'd probably be in the lobby the whole time

I did some cross-country skiing when I was younger. I loved it. We had to travel to Germany or Northern France for it. Planning a ski vacation was impossible. Never sure there will be snow until a week beforehand.

The last time my MDH and I went skiing I had a shoulder injury. After that we changed the destination for our winter vacation to more sunny and warmer countries like Spain and Portugal. Great time for hiking and visiting beautiful towns.

Back in the 60s at Camel Back in Pennsylvania. Lift ticket was $12. Preferred Surfing, Winter just too cold.

Snowboarding. I suck. I've only done it a couple of times, and now I don't live close enough to snow for it to be interesting enough to pursue.
