I like a lot of different soups, so not sure I have a favorite. Just made Potato yesterday.

Swamp soup ranks up there near the top

I was thinking the same thing

It is pretty much what you want in it plus greens which is what makes it swamp soup. I usually use collard greens but I think most recipes call for turnip greens.

So, usually 2 or 3 different beans, some kind of sausage, and just whatever. Some people put Rotel. I never make it exactly the same way.

I love my mom's kneophla soup. Or Panera 10 vegetable soup. I tried making a copycat recipe once and it was nasty
