Same, chocolate can be too sweet for me sometimes though. I like dark chocolate but not unsweetened chocolate

Have you ever tried a 100% cocoa bar? It's not even edible.
I like milk chocolate in baking and semi-sweet chocolate just to eat.

Not the greatest! Definitely wouldn’t do it again! Milk chocolate is pretty good. I just made these double chocolate cookies but tweaked the recipe by adding less sugar, extra cocoa powder, and some uncaffienated coffee powder. They are sooo good!
