Googling it, looks like it's a Caribbean or Puerto Rican dish, and we don't do a lot of that. No real exposure to it.

Spanish rice and black beans? Yes.
Red beans and rice? Absolutely.
Saffron rice with Mediterranean-style dishes? Of course!

But not yellow rice and beans.
