I've never had it either but, I like rice and I like beans. Just never had yellow rice. I'd try it though if it's not spicy and doesn't have pork or shrimp in it.

We eat variety of beans every day.
I have never seen yellow rice before. There are only 2 colour of rice we have over here white and brown.

Thank you. Now I know, I saw seasoned rice with saffron on tv cooking show. That is yellow rice, I have not eat that before...now I will seek it out at the restaurant. I heard Saffron is very expensive.
