Never had success with the meringue topping,, so I make lemon pie no top.

I love them! Haven't had them in years though.

I'm not sure why anyone would want them over a lemon meringue pie.

But lemon squares / lemon bars are OK too.

Hmm. Have not tried lemon bars. Sound gooey. I like lemon-blueberry scones.
