1-Vitamin C - w/ rosehips,
1-Beef thyroid (although this isn’t a supplement - I take it for thyroid health),
2-Ferrum phos (for iron absorption)
1-Chewable iron (Nature’s Plus)
1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses
1-teaspoon of local honey
