Question of the Day - Wednesday, August 27th, 2025

Yes, I did and learned expensive lessons.
Only specialist vets see chicken and even so those that I took my chickens too were expensive and they don't know that much, but they insisted on xray, ultrasound, and then euthanasia.

After they did ultrasound on my very sick hen, they told me she is internal laying and eggs in her abdominal, infections.e.tc... kinder to euthanized her and I did. I took her home, open her up and there was NO egg inside her. The pain was excruciating for me.

I have learned many effective treatments on BYC .

I took my chickens to have implants with VETs that do not treat chickens, but they can provide implant service. I appreciated these VETs.
