Depends on what diet I'm on. If I'm keto I don't eat carbs and milk is actually quite high in carbs, but if I'm just GF I still only have a little because of the expense, and if I'm milking goats I have several glasses a day. If I'm having a cheat day I might use half a gallon between cooking mochi and rice pudding.
 
I drink 3 cups/24 oz daily of raw milk. Instead of supplements, which aren't absorbed as well, it gives me my daily needs.
Store milk is "fortified" with calcium and D, added not natural. Ones body probably only absorbs 30-50% of the fortified stuff.
