As a young adult, 7+ miles each way to work =14-15. Early 30s 15-20 mile ride.
Since 59 years old, Honda Shadow. I'm 67.

Haha, I always thought you were in your thirties or so.

I dunno; I’ve done more mountain biking than road biking, and the trails aren’t usually very long.
This is the best part:

If you go fast enough you’ll get air on the other side without even trying.

No, those days are long gone. I'm pleased with my age...either one ages or dies My body didn't have pain in my 30s, now...well...that's another story.

As kids, we rode our bikes all day, and as a teen, I rode my bike to the stables every day, which, depending on where we lived, was 5-7 miles away.

Not far. I was more of a roller blading girl. The farthest I've ever gone on a bike was the day I witnessed a murder, so the bike ride is not what stands out to me about that day.
