Have you ever wheeled a dirt bike?

I'm not sure what you mean, but I am guessing you mean "have you ever ridden a wheelie on a dirt bike". Yes, I have ridden wheelies on dirt bikes, and street bikes, too.

What is "ramped a four wheeler"?

I find something to use as a "ramp" like a dirt mound, and drive the four wheeler very fast over it catching air under all four tires. It's very fun, though I don't recommend doing with a passenger on the back... (don't worry, the time I accidentally did that my passenger did land back on the four wheeler unharmed though surprised ).

It might be just jumping a four wheeler, but ramping it is always what I've called it.

Oh yeah, but my brother was the best, friends would say he never had to buy front tires 'cause he was always on the back wheel, even on the dirt roads and trails. These were the 70s Yam Enduro models.
