Question of the Day - Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024

I love chili and have my own recipe. It has always been a hit with anyone that has tried it. I have to make it 2-3 times a winter for my staff at work, and when I do, I have to make 2 separate batches, because some want my fire and some want it a bit more mellow. I prefer it with venison, but beef works, too.

That is one of my best memories as a kid, too. Coming in with my Dad and brothers on a cold Sat. after working outside doing whatever, and my Mom would have some of her homemade chili waiting. It was really good.
