Question on egg turners

Hey everyone, I bought an egg turner, but it seems the cups don't want to stay in the holes. Am I doing something wrong. It's a little giant automatic egg turner. I'm not going to use it til I got it figured out. Any suggestions welcome.

Hi Jada!
Try putting the cups in place and poking them with an ink pen or something pointy.
Put the point of the pen in indentation in the egg cup and press hard (I'm not explaining that well).
You should hear it 'click' in place.
