Question on Forum Replies

If I click on "BYC Forum" then say click on "Raising BackYard Chickens" the page that comes up only has the following that I can see:
Mark Forums Read
Subscribe
RSS
Search This Forum
and in the upper right: All Forums: New Posts
Where in the heck do I START NEW THREAD???

FOUND IT! Seems with this forum board you have to click on an actual thread in order to Start New Post...weird!
