I guess it doesn't matter at the moment because i don't have my incubator up in running but everyday when i go to collect eggs, even when i get up early, they are still cold. When i start gathering them to put in the incubator they definitely need to be warm, right?
P.S. there mallard and Rouen eggs.

You should collect them and then let them come to room temperature for 12-24 hours or so before putting them in the 'bator so that they don't "weep".

Being out in the cold for a little while in the morning won't hurt them - I have duck eggs on Day 15 in my 'bator right now that were collected in below-freezing temperatures - I got them before the eggs themselves froze, but they were cold to the touch by the time I collected them, and they're alive and kicking in the egg!

So as long as i catch them relatively close to the time they were laid, which means getting up earlier for me, it should be ok. thanks for helping.
