I have some almost 2 year olds I think are getting ready to start laying for the first time.

Is it safe to try & hatch the first eggs they lay -- I know with my chickens, I don't hatch "pullet" eggs, as sometimes they hatch very small & weaker than the larger eggs from fully matured hens.

Does this hold true with peacocks as well, or is it OK to go ahead & incubate the eggs right from the beginning when they first start to lay for the first time?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

With my experience with hatching eggs from 2 year old hens, which is not alot been raising peafowl for about 10 years started with 2 and now have 20, I have not seen that the chicks were weaker or different than from my older hens, The older hens seem to start laying earlier in season than younger hens. I did hatch two chicks one year from a hen that was only 13 months old that is why I keep all my yearling hens in breeder pens.
