Question on one of my birds wing...

I've been noticing one of my chicks' wing is doing this; see below...





These are my first chicks ever and wasn't sure if I should worry. She's jumping up and fluttering just like the rest and it doesn't seem to hurt her when she puts her wing out. Didn't know if I was being overly worried or are they the baby feathers stuck on coming out...

Wouldn't worry. If she if moving and fluttering like the rest then most likely it is just a feather growth thing.
