Question on trimming goat's feet

I trim my girls' feet about every 6 weeks, well my question is... what about the "dewclaws" , it's that nail tissue that grows behind the leg about 2 inches up from the hoof. One of my girls has really long pieces hanging. Can I trim that? How? I've never seen that area grow so big

Yes trim it you can trim it the same way just make sure you do not hit the paw
