Question on turning

Ok so I have a group of eggs I set on friday and they are pheasnt and chucker eggs and I have never done those befor How many times do I turn these guys and for how long ?

Just like chicken eggs, turn them three times a day (when you wake up, whenever you get home from work/school/whatever, and before you go to sleep).
