Today is day 21 for my Gambel eggs and I don't see anything pipping etc. They looked good, hard to candle but saw definite air sac and dark area, do they usually hatch later than 21 days??

OK Thank you for some reason I thought incubation was alot shorter than chickens, will keep watching
Again thank you

They do. Gambel's and Valley are closely related cousins...earlier in history they were the same...then one went to the highlands, the other stayed lower...but essentially the same bird on the inside...

All that to say this, 23-25 days is the cook time.

hope this helps!
