I am just wondering what the best practice for eggs is when you want to hard boil them in a pressure cooker. In terms of the egg itself, I would assume because it’s in the shell it’s imperative to clean the egg first?

I use the 5/5/5 method for hard boiling eggs in my instant pot. Pressure cook on high 5 minutes, natural pressure release for 5 minutes, ice bath for 5 minutes. If you do 4/4/4 they'll be softer. I sometimes rinse them first (if they're dirty) but I have also done eggs straight out of the coop without letting them age at all and generally have no problems with peeling.
